1} Breaking the law in any manner will not be
tolerated. As an online adult community, the following acts must be adhered to
implicitly: the Obscene Publications Act, 1959 & 1964. & The CJIA (Extreme Images)
& Copyright Licensing Act. Any breach of the law will result in an
immediate & lifelong ban from No Vanilla. Ignorance is no excuse, links
& information included for your reference. Although mentioned in the links
provided, no images of or references to the following: child pornography/paedophilia,
bestiality, incest, non-consensual acts or necrophilia are permitted anywhere
on this site.
2) My kink is better than your
kink? Never! It is just our way of doing things. What we all need to remember
is my kink and your kink is, in the end, OUR kink and we really need to learn
to stand together and respect one another for our individuality as well as our

Don’t be a vanilla bore & undermine the spirit of the site. Behave like the adults you are in real life. If you have no courtesy & common sense…..fake it.
There are all different types of people with different interests and fetishes on the site. Take the time to read someone's profile before you contact them, it will save either of you from being offended should the other person not share your fetish. For example, if you contact a Financial Dominant - expect that they will likely demand a tribute for their time. If you contact a Professional Dominant - expect that they will assume you are a potential client etc. On the reverse, please don't go soliciting our members, if you are a Financial Dominant, Professional, Webcam Girl etc - don't go mass emailing every sub on the site grubbing for tributes, sessions and wishlist purchases. If you do - don't be surprised to find yourself banned (you are demeaning a legitimate area of the community and frankly, it's common!). Read the bloody profiles, it isn't that much hard work.....or even better, click on the link in your profile where your deviant interest is listed - it will bring up all the members who share the same interest, simple!
If you are offended by someone else's kink or are too judgemental to realise that this lifestyle comprises of so many interesting aspects, even if you don't like someone else's kink, you may still learn something....then it is probably best you save yourself a lot of bother and leave now. Better yet, don't sign up, you are only clogging up my database!
3} Do not defraud thy fellow members – impersonate,
plagiarise (words, images or persona).
4} Refrain from
public shrewery (bitching). This includes; publicly blogging or Forum posts
dissing/defaming another member. It demeans you & more importantly the community.
If you have issues with other members; toestepping, non-payment (this does not
include auction transactions), time wasting, negative encounters of the ugly
kind, vindictive ex-owners, vindictive ex-subs etc take it up:
i) Privately, through: instant messenger, email etc. You’re
all adults & should be at least capable of sorting out personal drama
without resorting to standing on the street yelling your grievances through a megaphone!
Seriously, it takes two to tango so you’re both probably responsible for
creating the mess in the first place, so, have the decency to sort it out privately
& with good grace.
ii) Private, Group discussions & Friends Only
Blogs ~ an ideal place to share your experiences; be it name, shame, praise or
rant, with people who share your specific interests & would benefit from
the info.
In real life there is a time & place for venting.
You don’t get to take out a billboard or National TV ad to bitch about someone
else. You slope off to the bar with your mates, tell your colleagues at lunch,
get on the phone to a buddy or have a night in with friends to rant about your
irritations, disappointments & conspiracy theories. Feel free to join the
private Groups & post Friends Only Blogs set up exactly for
this purpose - to bitch & complain amongst friends & peers.
iii) Admin ~ Breaking of site laws, such as: impersonation, fraud, scams & scammers, defamation of character (libel), fakery, repeated public shrewery (see above) should be reported directly to Admin at: admin@novanilla.co.uk
Admin will patrol the site, however, as a society this is a
shared responsibility & early warnings will greatly assist in safeguarding
the community.
Consequences are
Black Marks which inform the rest of the community that you’ve been naughty
& are applicable to both Dommes & subs.
1 Black Mark - a tad naughty.
For instance ~ sponsorship of unsuitable
Dommes or subs, public shrewery, scamming, profile plagiarism etc. The stain
will remain on your name for 3 months.
2 Black Marks – very naughty.
In
addition, the Black Marks add up & should you receive a second within the 3
month period, you will endure a 1 month suspension & yet another stain on
your name.
3 Black Marks - 3rd strike & you’re
out.
Suspended
for 3 months. Profile dormant.
We’ll save you from your hyperactive self-destruct button for the cumulative 3 months. Clearly you can’t help yourself. After 3 months you return, with a clean slate.
4 Banned
For real fuck ups...we reserve the right to Ban you...for as long as we choose!
Fees
I don't believe anyone should pay for a community site. Eventually, I will allow advertisers on here to help cover the costs of keeping the site running.
